Exciting clinical management and leadership position with potential to grow. The Clinical Services Manager leads a team of nurse practitioners who deliver cutting edge care in our innovative clinical model in Cleveland, Ohio. Evercare is a national leader in developing and implementing care models that serve the frail and chronically ill population in both the nursing home and community settings. This position plays a critical role in determining the successful implementation of our clinical model and provides opportunity to demonstrate excellent management skills. Key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting and orientating new staff; developing strategies for retaining clinical staff
2. Building self-directed work teams with autonomy and accountability for their own goals/targets
3. Supporting and promoting organizational goals into specific goals and objectives for clinical staff
4. Translating business imperatives into clinical priorities
5. Developing and conducting programs that support and improve quality management and clinical performance of the Evercare clinical model in our partner skilled nursing facilities
6. Planning and directing clinical and business project implementation
7. Oversight and performance various administrative/operational functions to support the team
8. Providing clinical/health services expertise on business development efforts
9. Developing/strengthening relationships with various stakeholders
10. Participating in cross-function and/or cross-geography teams
11. Analyze workload environment and streamline workloads on an ongoing basis
12. Analyze caseload assignments and make adjustments to shift assignments as needed
13. Promote collaboration among clinical and non-clinical staff

Qualifications
  • This position requires license and certification as Nurse Practitioner, GNP preferred, Masters preferred.
  • Strong supervisory, management and leadership skills, with knowledge of long-term care, geriatrics and chronic illness.
  • 3 years in related leadership role with primary focus on managing and developing a clinical team
  • Strong business acumen including analysis and business planning experience
  • Proven experience in developing and sustaining internal and external client relationships with healthcare professionals, (DONs, administrators, MDs, RNs, etc)
  • Knowledge of Medicare preferred
