Position Overview

As the oldest and largest tree care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership. We are looking for a project manager to support marketing within our residential business segment.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is process oriented. Possesses a curiosity around program performance and is adept in various facets of consumer marketing. Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset are critical to success.

Job Duties
  • Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals.
  • Manage an internal ticketing process to address user questions and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage external partners to reach program goals and project deadlines.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and related systems and data to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Manage marketing lists to ensure quality targeting and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure that marketing material complies with technical standards and company policies.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing related business experience.
  • Willing to follow detailed process guidelines.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong internet research skills.
  • Strong communication, writing, and proofing skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint or Google equivalents.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional MS Excel skills.
  • Experience working with:
    • Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
    • Microsoft Power BI.
    • Database programs.
    • Analytics platforms.
    • Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
    • Budgeting software
  • Experience managing agency or freelance partners.
  • Experience developing marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
