SUMMARY:
Andersen Corporation has an opening for a Lean Six-Sigma (Black Belt) Project Manager. This role serves to execute three primary functions within the extrusion and compounding operation in Bayport, Minnesota.

*This role will operate as a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt within the Andersen Corporate program, which includes internal training. Previous Lean Six-Sigma experience is not a requirement.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
