We are seeking an Accountant - Unapplied Cash, Hybrid Remote (2 days work from home, 3 days in office) to add to our Unapplied Cash team within the Finance Shared Services group. The Unapplied Cash team is responsible for reconciliation of unapplied cash within our reconciliation software and is identifying opportunities to automate and enhancements our processes.

The primary focus of this role is to support accurate financial reporting of Unapplied Cash through reconciliation of Cash transactions to Accounts Receivable postings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a results-oriented environment where collaboration, integrity, and innovation are core values. We are seeking someone who demonstrates attention to detail, accountable for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of own work and is able to problem solve.

Your Impact
    Reconcile Cash transactions to Accounts Receivable postings
  • Assist with aspects of the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process
  • Assist in the fulfillment of external and internal audit requirements
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis of data
  • Assist with resolution of reconciliation issues
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 0 - 2 years experience in accounting
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
  • Attention to details and excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a supportive and positive team member
