Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

- Responsible for the global design deliverables and approved solutions of the Oracle Cloud ERP system's modules for Accounts Payable:

  • Partner with Consultants and DT Cloud implementation team to design a global ERP solution as defined by Global Business Owners.
  • Confirm Baseline Process Design
  • Confirm SYSTEM Design meets process requirements
  • Achieve successful User Acceptance Testing for assigned area of responsibility
  • Change Management Impact, Planning, and delivery.

- Responsible for the Accounts Payable design and solutions with the direction of Global Business Owners, Senior Product Owners, and the compliance to organizational policies:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and functionalities that will deliver the most value to the business and its members.
  • Work with Global business owners to develop and disseminate materials to educate internal and external stakeholders on Implementation Solutions.
  • Maintaining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) information, managing scope of the delivery and providing updates on development status.
  • Partners with other Business leaders to develop stories and is ultimately accountable for obtaining sign-off and accepting the story has met the expected requirements.
  • Validate the work meets acceptance criteria for each story and that it meets the definition of done before giving their final approval.

- Responsible for processes, interfaces, and reports that will impact Invoice to Pay Business process within Sherwin-Williams:

  • Work with Process and Product Owners in Source To Pay (S2P) and Order To Cash (OTC), Planning, Inventory, and Manufacuring (PMI) to identify potential cross track requirements impacting Source To Pay workstreams.
  • Collaborate with the GRC teams to ensure compliance in company standards
  • Ensure the modules are aligned with operational reporting and design to allow continued data integrity.

- Responsible for the Tactical Governance of the Invoice to Pay Products:

  • Align with all product owners and STP Governance Manager to plan and execute on new build functionality
  • Capture value and costs of new request to ensure it supports the overall source to pay value drivers
  • Provide guidance to leadership to support enterprise decision making, resource planning, and budget forecasting.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • Lean training

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 6 years of experience in business or technology related field.
  • Knowledge of ERP operating systems
  • Throughout tenure has experience in the following:
    • High aptitude for data acquisition.
    • Capable of teaching technical concepts to a wide array of talent levels.
    • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Demonstration of strong decision-making skills while carefully considering the business impact

Preferred:

  • Ability to derive value of technology solutions deployed
  • Prior experience with computer software such as Oracle, JIRA, OBIEE, Tableau,
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounts payable systems and processes
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in system implementation or business analyst roles

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Holds an in-depth knowledge of business processes and has ability to work with diverse functions
  • Manages the acceptance of change brought about by business process improvements across all S-W levels while building synergistic relationships within our company
  • Lead the implementation of system upgrades and future enhancements, as well as rollouts of business applications to other operating units or countries.
  • Balance and monitor complex requirements, multiple tasks, and deadlines for our company with the need to develop company-wide standard, shared solutions.

Preferred:

  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, and follow up action items
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
