Job Summary:

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Input various accounts payable invoices timely and accurately.
  • Calculate, forecast, and monitor cash needs for A/P disbursements.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Review employee travel reimbursements for compliance to company travel policy. Accept reports or return noncompliant reports.
  • Manage vendor invoice payment to meet customer term, but also manage the cash flow.
  • Manage and oversee company purchasing credit card using for compliance to company policies.
  • Provide analysis such as vendor history and payments.
  • Issue bill payments, cash pro payments for international and intercompany payments.
  • Address all auditor inquiries related to accounts payable.
  • Review and approve CSA America Concur reports for accounting purposes.
  • Review and manage CSA America purchasing cards usage and report.
  • Assist accounting manager and financial controller on any assigned duties.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Must have an associate's or college degree in Accounting
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' business experience in an accounting and financial environment.
  • Candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, a working knowledge of accounting information systems and familiarity with quality registration systems.
  • Candidate will be self-motivated, client service oriented and comfortable working to performance commitments with a minimum of supervision.
  • Candidate should have a familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and with ERP systems and procedures in an accounting environment and be proficient in navigating windows on a personal computer.
  • Candidate have a familiar with Workday Account Payable will be preferred.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
