What You'll Do:
The Systems Analyst II will collaborate with business users to understand and support day to day business needs as it relates to Enterprise Asset Management, including SAP and other assigned applications. Incumbent will research, analyze and troubleshoot software as well as drive enhancements that generate business value.
The Systems Analyst II acts as the liaison between the business and IT to review, document and implement system changes as necessary. Role requires a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge as well as the ability to configure and develop defined solution. The participation in cross-functional teams is required to analyze business problems as well as recommend solutions or enhancements to current procedures or processes.
