Position Title: Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift

Wage: $21.55 - $22.55/hour

Operator Responsibilities:
- Keep assembly line supplied with strips while the line runs at 5-20 filters per minute depending on the size of filters, and if running stock or special filters
- Run strips/frames for either specials or stock
- Put strips onto the table to ensure assembly line operation is not interrupted
- Set up for different sizes
- Plug data into strip line equipment
- Make adjustments and monitor quality of strips
- Perform maintenance on machinery
- Maintain clean work area

Requirements for Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous work experience in a factory preferred
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to bend, twist and reach throughout shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers
