Job Posting:
This is a split duty position providing both technical support for systems and conveyors plus transferring ecommerce orders to warehouse for order processing.
Job Responsibilities
Standard Windows/MS Office troubleshooting.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) troubleshooting and incident creation & tracking with corporate IT.
Wired & wireless network troubleshooting and incident creation & tracking with corporate IT.
Assisting maintenance personnel with software tie-ins for conveyor issues.
Troubleshooting printer issues for industrial laser printers, industrial thermal printers, and smaller laser/inkjet printers.
Grouping and processing ecom orders into waves for the warehouse to process.
Printing required documents for warehouse to process those orders.
Assist in tracking warehouse performance in ecom order processing.
Education / Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting Windows based environments
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two year degree preferred
Skills for Success
Working knowledge of Android Base devices
Knowledge of network devices and functions
Be able to self-manage time and resources
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
