PRIME AE Group, Inc. This role can be in our Akron, Ohio or Baltimore, MD offices.

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility for this role is assisting with the development of drawings, details, and field work. Includes:

• Onsite assessment of existing conditions.
• Develop project drawings including existing conditions, new work, details, sections, etc.
• Research code, industry, and manufacturer requirements.
• Quality Assurance.
• Desire to be trained and obtain certifications specific to the Building Envelope
• Willingness to travel for projects out of state to support site work.

Required Education and Experience

• Professional degree from an accredited architectural or engineering program.
• 2 years of architectural or engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in computer software applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
• Willingness to work on roofs and facades utilizing contractor's staging, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work independently with a minimum level of supervision.
