Position Summary:

Supports the development and management of data security and IT assurance program throughout Parker's enterprise organization.

This position will sit in Cleveland, Ohio (not eligible for relocation).

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

* Will not have Direct Reports but will work as a leader in a highly matrixed team.

* Works with Corporate, Divisional and other Corporate I/T leadership and staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management.

* Supervises both operational and technical projects related to data protection, security, privacy, and assurance to include but not limited to CMMC 2.0.

* Maintains operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations.

Essential Functions:

* Provide program leadership and support to Parker locations globally as a key member of the Cyber Governance - Data Security and IT Assurance Team.

* Develop, plan, implement and manage processes, programs and other initiatives that ensure Parker adheres to all appropriate national and international data protection and privacy laws.

* Understand the global regulatory landscape relating to data privacy, security and regulatory compliance.

* Track stakeholder's adherence to monitor organizational compliance with new / changed regulations.

* Perform privacy and other regulatory evaluations, assessments, and proof of concepts for new, emerging, and changes to existing technologies.

* Track and monitor Legal and Trade Compliance privacy issues.

* Track compliance with various data privacy and data security frameworks including but not limited to data subject access requests, data privacy impact assessments, and other privacy/data protection risk assessments.

* Track completion of key CMMC / NIST 800.171 deliverables

* Participate in team problem solving and address group, function, and divisional questions related to cyber governance.

* NIST 800.53, specific controls experience a must

* Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification - CMMC a must

* NIST Cyber Security Framework - CSF

* NIST 800.171 compliance

* Data Sensitivity Labelling, scanning, mapping, and inventories

* Export Controls, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance

* Compliance with Control of Unclassified Information - CUI

* Compliance with Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange - TISAX

* Compliance with International Organization of Standards ISO 27001/27002

* Adherence to and compliance with Privacy By Design tools and processes

* Adherence to and compliance with General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR

* Adherence to and compliance with US Data Privacy Framework

Technologies:

* Microsoft Data Sensitivity Labels, AIP, MIP, and Purview / Fabric (Sentinel monitoring experience a plus)

* Governance Risk and Compliance tool experience

* Privacy By Design Technologies

* Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Forms)

* Microsoft SharePoint Proficiency

* DNS services: Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and IP address management

Certifications:

One or more of the following and/or qualitative work experience

* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

* Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

And/or

* Project Management Professional (PMP)

* Or other business-related certification

Qualifications:

* 4-year University Degree (or international equivalent) in IT or Business-related study

* Managerial experience and significant Program/Project Leader experience

* 8+ Years Experience in IT

* NIST Cyber Security Framework - CSF

* NIST 800.171 compliance

Additional Comments:

Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager for their Data Security and IT Assurance team. This dynamic individual will work across all lines of IT, cyber and the business synthesizing, leading, and supporting programs and groups of projects that will range from the operational to the more technical. This role will work with cyber architects, engineers, and analysts in the implementation and support of tools such as privacy by design, AIP/MIP scanning, GRC, and DNS services to name a few. This role will require business acumen, as well as a technical understanding of the technologies in order to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements for data security, protection, privacy, and assurance are met. This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. This role will report to Cleveland, Ohio with secondary reporting to Cary, North Carolina
