Job Description
American Greetings is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities associated with marketing, advertising, and promotion-based campaign on all 3rd party retailer platforms (non-D2C). This position is a hands-on, working manager role that is also expected to contribute to the longer-term strategic direction of our ecommerce marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will also assist the Director - Consumer Engagement in managing agency and other retailer partners on an as-needed basis.

Experience is required in bid-auction campaign activation and optimizations, using digital shelf tools and data visualization tools to manage overall effectiveness of campaigns, and leveraging data to make decisions that deliver on revenue and profitability goals.

Overall success in this position will require collaborating daily with Associates across a wide array of functions and/or departments (e.g., omnichannel, commercial, merchandising, product, shopper marketing, demand planning, and operations/logistics teams).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assists in managing relationships with our day-to-day retailer media group contacts and agency partners to ensure flawless execution.
* Optimizes marketing return on investment across the marketing portfolio (e.g., paid, SEO/organic, demand side platforms (DSP), retail media, etc.)
* Manages pacing and performance of multimillion-dollar media investment plan and optimize to deliver sales, market share, share of shelf, and media efficiency targets (return on investment, cost-per-click, etc.)
* Manages, coaches, and develops a team of Marketing Analysts
* Assists and participates in business reviews & retailer media capabilities assessments
* Develops and implements test and learn plans to continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing, advertising, and promotion-based efforts in support of ecommerce
* Partners with broader media/shopper team to share tactical learnings and best practices and upcoming initiatives
* Continuously innovates and develops forward thinking ideas as retailer capabilities evolve
* Shares and captures the best demonstrated practices; builds strong relationships with internal and external partners.
