Job Summary:As a Maintenance Electrician, you will work throughout the facilities completing various electrical repairs and new construction. You will also take part in other general maintenance assignments, complete preventative maintenance and
Responsibilities:
Adds value to the facilities maintenance team through hands on and technical abilities (electrical), contribution to maintenance strategies and delivery of excellent customer service.
Supports maintenance of all systems and equipment including (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors.
Perform monthly duties, assignments and preventative maintenance according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List. Ensure all completed work and repairs completed are logged accordingly.
Takes on day to day assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Responds to assigned tickets received from the internal ticketing system and emails in a timely manner.
Interacts with all employees in a team-oriented environment.
Available for emergency on-call maintenance when needed.
Qualifications:
5 years related experience or completion of Trade School or a combination of education and experience in Electrical (480Volt3phase), Tow Motors, Machine repair
Computer knowledge of Excel and Word.
Must be able to work effectively independently and as a member of a team. Leadership experience an asset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people throughout the organization.
Must be flexible and adaptable to a variety of work assignments.
