Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Highland Hills, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Formulate and implement processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of client payroll tax returns
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of all Quarterly and Annual payroll related tax returns for Full Service
  • Clients including but not limited to Federal 941 and 940 State Withholding State Unemployment Local Withholding and submittal of wage information for SSA Print and distribute W2s to customers
  • Keep abreast of current tax laws to ensure compliance Process Sales Tax returns
  • Assist customers with Tax Registrations
  • Respond to Tax notices and resolve issues
  • Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts
  • Maintain all payroll tax-related files
  • Assist with audit prep year-end prep schedules etc
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Evaluation factors Tax returns are completed accurately and on time
  • Processes to complete assignments and resolve tax issues knowledge of current tax laws and regulations and sound judgment
  • Timely and accurate completion of all tasks is maintained in an organized effective and positive manner
  • All duties are implemented in a manner to supports company policies and procedures and enhances teamwork
  • Typical work will be conducted indoors
  • Work days and hours will be dictated by current needs
  • Quarterly tax return filing months may need 60 hour work week
  • Advance will provide all necessary work tools to perform the job

  • Pay Rate: $17.26-$23.00/Hour
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5.00 pm)
  • Length: Temp (8 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Communication with various Tax agencies to resolve notices.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master Tax knowledge.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Be detail oriented customer focused proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook Word Excel Internet and proficiency in basic office equipment

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Occasional travel complete needed training may be needed
