Activities and Responsibilities include the below but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Practices safe work habits and follows all safety procedures
- Notifies UC of all unsafe working conditions
- Identifies leaks and reports them to maintenance
- Performs quality checks on products before and after the process
- Set up for various gauges in the process
- Ability to machine polish bearing outers
- Ability to complete paperwork for all departments
- Ability to machine polish inners and outers for reconditioned bearings
- Ability to use parts washer
- Ability to run the drill press, the Blanchard and the Hydmech saw
- Ability to stack measure taper bearings
- Responsible for inspecting bearings for reparability
- Ability to complete paperwork for taper bearings
- Ability to create tooling to go to Quality Machine and Repair
- Responsible for training Team Member C
