Description

The Division of Infectious Diseases and HIV Medicine of Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UHCMC), Cleveland, OH, seeks board-certified or board-eligible infectious diseases-trained physicians for clinician-educator positions with a faculty appointment at Case Western Reserve University at the Assistant Professor level. These positions will focus on patient care in the inpatient and outpatient setting. The Division is particularly interested in candidates with either an interest/training in transplant ID or interest in medical education to serve as UH based Associate Program Director for our 3 hospital (UHCMC, VA, MetroHealth) ID Fellowship Training Program. The successful candidate(s) will be integrated into the Division's academic, clinical and educational programs, where there are opportunities for participation in infection prevention, antibiotic stewardship and clinical research, along with teaching medical students, residents and fellows.
