Job Description

As a market conduct auditor on our corporate legal team, you will focus on the coordination of market conduct exams and projects.  You will work to resolve minor to moderate compliance issues and be confident in making independent decisions. You must be a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and must be able to analyze and understand regulatory and compliance issues. The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of insurance products, processes and operations.


Must-have qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ GED equivalent or higher and 3 years' related work experience (e.g., audit).

Preferred skills:

  • Prior market conduct examination experience, regulatory compliance, and/or working with regulators
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field of study (e.g. Legal)

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
