Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist, Sales Enablement, is responsible for the delivery of sales enablement assets, and driving platform awareness, education and adoption to the commercial community at Avient. They are also responsible for platform management, reporting KPI's, and influencing key stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within Corporate Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Avient's sales enablement platform, which includes new user on-boarding, identifying and influencing new user groups, maintaining the existing user experience, promoting adaption, and providing synthesized performance data against established KPI's to communicate the platform's value and sustained usage throughout the organization
  • Drive and execute Avient's sales enablement strategy, which includes expansion into new user groups, constant optimization, and training
  • Shepherd customer touchpoints via survey tools to understand the customer experience and proactively drive survey strategies for the organization
  • Contribute to the overall team strategy to optimize synergies with other digital marketing functions (CRM, digital marketing)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing, business analytics or related role, with B2B experience a plus
  • BS/BA in marketing, business, or adjacent field
  • 5+ years in a marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing, business analytics or related role, with B2B experience a plus
  • Exhibits a forward-thinking approach to problem solving and comfortable in proactively finding new ways
  • Strong time management skills; takes initiative to drive projects to completion, holds self and others accountable and can promote a sense of urgency when needed
  • Strong quantitative orientation; comfortable working with data and metrics; advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Excel
